About Dr. Araujo:

Felipe Araujo is the Director of Blue Mountain Technologies, a Mount Sinai Innovation Partners enterprise that is responsible for the commercialization of Mount Sinai’s medical devices, diagnostics, and research tools. 

Felipe has previously worked at Becton Dickinson and at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute in business development roles.  He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Salk Institute and at Sloan-Kettering Institute.

Felipe has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from McGill University, an MBA from the University of California San Diego, and a B.Sc. from the University of Maryland.


About Dr. Frenz:

Christopher Frenz is a Business Development Manager within Blue Mountain Technologies, a Mount Sinai Innovation Partners enterprise that is responsible for the commercialization of Mount Sinai’s medical devices, diagnostics, and research tools. 

In addition to Blue Mountain Technologies, Christopher supports internal development and licensing in the digital health space. 

He was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Neurology Department at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Boston University, and a B.A. in Marine Biology from the Boston University.


About Dr. Nigam:

Neha Nigam is currently an associate at Harlem Biospace, working with one of the startup companies located at the incubator. She is also pursuing an internship at the Technology Transfer Office at Rockefeller University in New York City and Rutgers University, New Jersey. She is quite keen on the aspects of the Technology Transfer Office and is passionate about the applied aspects of innovative scientific discoveries, striving to be at the interface of business and science.

Previously, she has worked in the industry as an analyst involved in competitive intelligence, strategic business analysis, and commercialization of early innovations in several therapeutic areas. Her foundation in science comes from her Ph.D. in molecular biology from Vienna, Austria.
