Over her career, LeShawn has held past positions in Regulatory and Clinical Operations for global manufacturing, clinical research organizations and consulting companies in the drug and medical device industries. As an industry consultant, she has partnered with senior teams on initiatives in strategy, operating model design, process re-engineering and organizational change programs.  LeShawn is also an experienced project manager and has managed the successful implementation of several change management and technology programs.

Based in the firm’s Toms River office Bob has, for over 30 years, been providing audit, accounting,  tax and consulting services to the software, life science, real estate, construction, hospitality, retail, nonprofit, government and professional service industries.  Bob advises companies in the private as well as public sector and has an expertise in family business planning. He has also been a trusted advisor to many high net worth families. Bob has acted as financial advisor to buyers and sellers in M&A transactions as well as valuator of privately-held companies.

Bob graduated from St. Peter’s College in Jersey City.  He started his career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and was supervisor of the tax department of an international accounting firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).

Bob is cofounder and chairman of the Board of Directors of Biofortis, Inc. (www.biofortis.com) as well as Intellisante Corp (www.intellisante.com) which are life science informatics and healthcare technology companies.  He is a member of the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC).

Bob is a cofounder and secretary of the Board of Trustees of Joan Dancy & P.A.L.S., an ALS Support Group Charity in Monmouth County.  He is the founder, president and chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ocean Housing Alliance, Inc., a nonprofit organization operating a 48-bed residential healthcare facility in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, and three-family supportive home in Pt. Pleasant, NJ, serving mentally ill adults.  He is past chairman of the American Cancer Society – Ocean Unit as well as having served on the Eastern Division Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society.  Bob resides in Monmouth County, NJ.

The concept is to generate population-based genomic data, to understand, diagnose and provide solutions to treat disease with an emphasis of using “big data” to develop preventive medicine metrics and guidance to develop precision medicines for a healthier society. Dr. Kuo has spent over 20 years in academia and 4 years in industry. Prior to industry, Dr. Kuo was Assistant Professor in the Department of Developmental Biology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Director and founder of the Harvard Clinical and Translational Science – Laboratory for Innovative Translational Technologies at Harvard Medical School
